Profile

Prior to joining the firm in July 2015, Krystal spent four (4) years as a Judicial Research Counsel, working alongside High Court Judges at the Judiciary of Trinidad & Tobago, and gaining knowledge and experience in many areas of civil litigation. Since joining the firm Krystal has acted as instructing Attorney in various corporate and commercial matters.

Current Involvement

  • Practising primarily as an Instructing Attorney in trials before the High Court and Court of Appeal.
  • Drafting Court documents including Pleadings, Evidence and Arguments, Applications, Affidavits, Witness Statements, Skeleton Arguments and Submissions.
  • Advising and representing Clients in insurance liability claims;
  • Advising and representing Clients in general commercial law claims;
  • Preparing legal opinions;
  • Providing general commercial advice;
