Omari is an Associate Attorney-at-Law within the firm’s Transactional Department. He completed his in-service training at M. Hamel-Smith & Co. in September 2020 and was called to the Bar in November 2021. Prior to joining the firm in January 2023, Omari initially worked within Chambers, first as a Legal Intern for six months, then as Junior Counsel for one year.
CURRENT INVOLVEMENT
Advising external companies on registration requirements and local laws and regulations;
Advising clients on issues of corporate practice and governance;
Providing corporate secretarial support to foreign and local clients; and
General research and legal opinions.
