PROFILE

Malcolm is an Associate Attorney within the Firm’s Transactional Department. He is committed to providing practical, commercially-minded solutions and excellent client service. Prior to joining the firm in January 2024, Malcolm worked in the Tax and Legal Department of one of the “big four” international accounting firms as a tax professional.

CURRENT INVOLVEMENT

  • Assisting with cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.
  • General corporate commercial advice to local and multinational companies on a variety of commercial issues.
  • General research and legal opinions.
