Jeanelle completed her in-service training with the firm in March, 2018 and was called to the Bar in May, 2018. She was appointed Associate Attorney-at-law in the Dispute & Risk Management Department in October, 2018.

Current Involvement

  • Providing corporate commercial advice to clients;
  • Drafting court documents including pleadings, witness statements, applications, and affidavits;
  • Advising and preparing documents for clients (including pre-action protocol letters) in debt collection and breach of contract matters;
  • Advising and engaging in negotiations and settlement discussions in running down actions; and
  • Conducting research and writing legal opinions.
